Subway — Restaurant in Surrey

I had the worst experiences at this location. I ordered a veggie sub, and the lady who served me, Arsh, was incredibly rude. Her customer service was terrible. She threw my sandwich on the counter, looked me up and down, and said, "What else?" as she cashed me out. I was taken aback and responded, "What do you mean?" She replied, "Is that it or do you want something else?" I was confused and said, "No, that's it."

This hasn't been my first encounter with Arsh. I've come here multiple times, and she consistently makes me anxious while ordering, as if she's rushing me. Additionally, I am concerned about the status of the employees here. I'm not sure if these students are legal or illegal workers, but I will get it checked out by calling the proper authorities.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it's disappointing that it keeps happening. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure better customer service and proper employment practices...

I am a regular at Subway as it’s a nice option for a quick lunch.

I ordered a piri-piri chicken foot long and the server was very skimpy with the toppings. At other locations, they add a full scoop (the standard at all subway locations) for each half. Here, the server only added half a scoop on each side and even after asking her to take a look again, measly added a single shred, as if doing a favour.

Getting to the veggies section, they were very frugal with olives and crispy onions.

Lastly, the server had to be told thrice to pack the foot long in two halves.

Also, the breads weren’t fresh.

The worst subway experience...

Low only because the person making my sandwich cut himself when slicing the bread, and when he excused himself I had to ask the new person making my sandwich multiple times to swap the bread because he bled on it. She tried using "the other half" of the 6 inch and had to repeat myself, she then tried putting the bread back with the other breads and it took someone else to tell her to throw it out.
