This has been the worst experience in Subway ever. No greeting Sick employee (constantly sneezing while working) Messed up the order. Burnt the subway in griller Again messed up the order by putting wrong sauce. Garbage bin was overflowing. Food contamination because veggies were mixed up. for safety issues. To start off with when I went inside with my friend, the employee didn’t even look up to greet us. She was just all into making the subway. But that is still OK up to a certain limit. Next thing she messed up our order by putting wrong ingredients in both subways, she offered to make new subways, but we denied and accepted those. Next thing she burnt my Subway in the griller. She was repetitively sneezing while making the sub, I don’t know why she was working that day. Then she started making another subway for me and again put the wrong sauce in it . She said she would make it again for me, but it was a total waste of time and I accepted that sub anyway. I usually don’t write reviews this long, but I had to write so that the owner knows what’s going on.
I am attaching a picture of the garbage bin that was overflowing and made the atmosphere even more worse. Also, the food contamination that was on the counter cannot be ignored.
Check the picture which shows the vegetables are mixed, which could cause food, contamination, and allergy reactions.
I do not have any personal grudges against someone, but this really was the worst experience I had in my life at a...
Read moreI was too tired to think of what to eat for dinner, so I opted to have a convenient sandwich made for me. I was curious about the menu, different ingredients, and which meal combo was most cost-efficient. Amarbal was quite patient with answering all of my questions, checking the cost of additional ingredients, and unhurried decision-making. Instead of getting a combo with 2 cookies, I decided to order warm soup, so they appropriately changed my order. I also noticed the QR code for Subway MVP Rewards points on the cash register, and inquired about it. So Amarbal instructed me to download the app, offered to help me figure it out, and waited for me to set it up before paying. They also explained the point system before and after I paid, to make sure I understand how to optimize it.
Their coworker—Avneet—also helped to explain that I could earn points for my current order, so long as I follow their instructions before paying. Furthermore, since I took a while to finish my order, they were able to tend to the customer after me, whom I said could check out before me. When we were all available to chat, they asked how my meal was, and I commented on their new mojo sauce. Then they asked me to leave a review, which I think they both deserve for their...
Read moreLovely ladies working last night made a great team!
My 6" ham and cheese on Italian herb and cheese was still under $6 with extra cheese.
There were about 5 or 6 customers to serve and they were out of ham when I ordered. The worker was prompt at getting the product needed, plus her coworker notified me that's what the delay was.
Each step she changed gloves and in such a way you could tell food safety was like second nature to her.
Wonderful experience, fresh ingredients, definitely recommend.
I didnt stay long as they helped the 3 or 4 customers in front of me pretty quickly.
WELL DONE YOU TWO. Sorry I didn't have money to tip but you two get a great review and hopefully some recognition from your boss for the hard work on a Friday night.
Sincerely, a nightshift worker enjoying her...
