The slowest service I have ever experienced. I ordered one stuffed golgppa and kulcha and it took 23 minutes for them to prepare and 5 minutes to give me. The food was prepared after 23 minutes and the employe put it on the desk and the girl at the front desk who was taking orders talking to her friends and didn’t call me out to pick my order, also I ordered for takeout and they put the food open in the container at the desk without it’s lid, she was so into talking that she forget to call out customer for their orders.The workers at the front desk work less talk more, even tho when it’s get busy they still prepare the orders like they’re cooking at home, they were so chill like there’s no one waiting for them, while working they’re keep talking to their friends which come up as customers. Serious Hygiene Concerns – Avoid Surrey Indian Bites (Central City Mall)

I am writing to express my frustration and concern over the shocking lack of hygiene at Surrey Indian Bites in Central City Mall. During my visit, I saw staff using dirty cloths to wipe the microwave and shelves. Even worse, they kept the same gloves on while preparing food—without washing their hands or changing gloves. They didn’t even bother using tongs, handling food directly with the same dirty gloves.

This is a serious food safety violation and completely unacceptable. When I pointed it out and asked for a refund, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer safety.

I strongly urge others to avoid this place until they fix these issues. I hope management takes immediate action, but until then, I will be warning people not...

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was shockingly poor. The cashier seemed to lack basic customer service skills and was quite rude. We waited an unreasonably long time for our order while the staff chatted loudly amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to the customers waiting. When our food finally arrived, the server displayed a bad attitude and served our plates carelessly. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing as the service.
