OPA! of Greece Central City — Restaurant in Surrey

Hii,Several day ago, I ordered food from this location and requested them to make the fresh chicken and the cashier mentioned that they just made it fresh. I ate it and felt some weird taste as they served me the stale food. I got food poisoning and was not able to go to work for two days. Yesterday I went there the informed the front counter person the whole incident that happened with me just because they lied and gave me the old cooked food, even though I made a request of making it fresh. She apologized for it. However, as i work in the same food court, their owner came to my workplace today and started shouting at me just because I did not like their food. This left me speechless because it is literally harrasment. I do not understand how a person can run a franchise with such attitude. I don't know how they can run a business if they cannot respect their customers. This owner is ruining your company's reputation. Please consider my...

On November 24 Friday at 6:23pm I came to the central city opa at the food court since it’s very close to the bus that I take. I ordered my usual order the calamari salad.. but I don’t know if you have a proper portion for the calamari but the calamari that I received in my salad is quite less that I usually got, and I saw the girl that is working during that time that she did not put the entire portion of calamari that she cooked I found really weird because I’m the only one who ordered that time and normally they will put the entire calamari that they cooked in my plate but today they didn’t.. I don’t like to assum but before that i saw the girl eating a plate of fries in the front and I’m guessing that the small portion of calamari that she saved is for herself.. . I will now be thinking twice before coming to this location of opa.. for I do want to get the actual portion of my food... sad because I really...

I have eaten here before and it was decent but tonight we got the gyros and had virtually no meat in either, just bread and sauce. The rice was half what we got last time, there were two pieces of potato that were half the size of a ping pong ball, the fries were beyond soggy and the salad was 99% chic peas, almost nothing else. To say we are disappointed is an understatement, I would have been better off making KD and I would have been more satisfied. $50 is a lot of money for bread and soggy fries. I don't know if they sold the franchise to cheapskates who are just out to cut corners but that certainly seems like the case, but that just seems to be how Canada is going these days.

Don't eat here, you will absolutely waste your money and the food is below mediocre.
