I recently had a frustrating experience at Tim Hortons that I feel compelled to share. I went in with high expectations, hoping to enjoy a tasty meal and a quality coffee. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be a disappointment from start to finish.
First, I placed my order, clearly specifying what I wanted. However, when I received my meal, it was completely different from what I had asked for. Mistakes happen, but this felt like a lack of attention to detail. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem particularly concerned, which only added to my frustration.
To make matters worse, the food I ended up with was far from enjoyable. It lacked flavor and freshness, leaving me regretting my choice to dine there. For a place known for its coffee and snacks, I expected much better quality. It felt like I was eating something that had been hastily prepared without any care or consideration.
Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the meal itself was subpar. I walked away feeling like my time and money had been wasted. I hope they can improve their service and quality in the future, but for now, I won't be returning...
Read moreI came here this morning and got a plain bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was not fresh and was not cut. I went from the inside and talked to a disrespectful worker named Pooja. She was incredibly disrespectful and talking to me with an attitude. I told her the bagel is fresh and the told me all of their bagels are fresh. I told her that this one wasn’t and she kept pushing it. I told Pooja to please make me another but she kept telling me it’s fresh without taking a look at it. She told me in an aggressive manner to give her the bagel which I did and she threw it into the trash can. She told me “What do you want? A refund?” I told her that I want another bagel and then she told me that she will make me a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. I told her that it was a plain bagel and that’s why you should open it before you start talking disrespectfully to a customer. At the end she told me that she is going to make me a new bagel but lightly toasted which I said okay to. The bagel is not too fresh still and it is not cut at all. Which is why I do not like this Tim Hortons. Pooja needs to be taught on how to speak to a customer and not have aggressive attitudes when someone is trying to...

However, it took 28 minutes to receive my food. Initially, I was told there would be a five-minute wait because the chicken was in the oven. After ten minutes, I asked again, only to be informed that they didn’t have the rice mix. Despite asking multiple times, my food wasn’t prepared until much later.
The lack of attention to customers inside the store was concerning. While there were 6-7 staff members present, their focus seemed to be entirely on drive-through orders, leaving dine-in customers like myself feeling neglected. On top of that, the store's cleanliness was disappointing—the broken equipment covered with cardboard and empty showcases contributed to a very unwelcoming atmosphere.
