Green Indian cuisine pizza and sweets ltd — Restaurant in Surrey

We went there last night for dinner. Overall food was so good and Tanu provided the best customer service. 2025-01-26 we ordered so many times from this place. We ordered online and their website had an issue. Our card got charged and waited 2 hours for food. Restaurant was asking us to contact customer service. Customer service did not answered our call. We finally sorted the website issue and contact the delivery driver and requested the restaurant to make fresh one cuz we were waiting since 2 hours and does not want cold food. After requesting fresh one, they said we cancelled your order without informing us. Even no apologies. Will NEVER GO BACK. Is this kind of customer service we deserve from your side? You guys literally SPOILED OUR DINNER.....

I ordered Chill Paneer (Large hot) - April 7th, 2023 takeout- was offered option of gravy or dry. I ordered very little gravy, picked up order and it was filled with water down thin gravy with very little paneer. All you could taste was hot sauce and paneer didn’t even look like chill paneer. It was not appetizing to look and eat. I had to order the same dish for my guests from another restaurant, which was the opposite of this dish. I was very disappointed and called and spoke to the lady at Green Indian restaurant who said that what it comes as. Next day called asked to speak with manager, said he is not there and hangs up. The first time I went here was when they first opened up and I was less than impressed. I told myself not to come back but I recently did and I was very impressed with our takeout. The Palak paneer was sooooo good. I'm often a little scared to order Palak paneer from take out places because the spinach always looks old and/or overcooked and not enough paneer pieces but this Palak paneer was amazing!!! The garlic naan was so soft and fresh. And the butter chicken was so flavourful with quality...
