Burger King — Restaurant in Surrey

Total ripoff, for Wed deal they don't put up the signs not even on Wednesday like the one on Kingsway beside Macdonalds does. Why because they offer a discount on Wed for whopper but instead of charging you $ 2.49 they charge you $3.00. What's the difference? If you buy 2, The change you get back from a $10 bill vs if $5 bill no change. Kingsway doesn't charge to include extra lettuce etc these guys everything's a extra charge and if you don't like lettuce tomatoes pickles etc don't worry hardly any on with these guys in the first place. They must also own the Wendy's on Scott road. Not very customer friendly either. Most of the time my foods horribly made, or cold or luke warm even if I ask for a new patty. Onion rings are piping hot so have to wait and eat cold burger 1st. Terrible remember to complain then and there or goto one of the nearby king george or further north on Scott Rd there's a brand new...

At drivethrough, We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for an order waiting at the front. Despite this, all the food fries, onion rings, burgers were all cold. AND we saw two cars served at the drive by and drove off, no issue.

The fries and onions rings especially were cold, soggy, and didnt even taste fried. The burgers were okay? They definitely havent gotten better

Also Fountain drinks tasted watery and flat. Really?

I understand unskilled labor is easily to supplement, but at least hire employees who know what food fast is suppose to be. Hot, fast service and ready to eat. The dine in area I guess it nice, its clean and doesnt really smell that bad.

Update: 02/23/25. Nothings changed. If anything the drive-thru is useless and gives cold food and makes you wait almost 20 minutes.

Went for a drive thru at 8:45 today... guess they were low on staff. Had to wait outside the main door for the burger to be delivered. The onion used in the burger was stinking very bad. The whole burger was very carelessly made. Looked as if it was a left over from last night. The fries were cold from the outside and hot from the inside. Couldn't figure out why the fries were literally tasteless. The packaging wasn't up to the mark. The paper bag they pack in was tight with the burger and small fries in it. The bread also didn't seem fresh, it was almost flat (no fluffyness)... was a chewing gum experience. I did take a couple of bites of the burger.. my breath is still feeling onion even after almost 2 hours. Be very careful before u order. I am doubtful if this is the quality standard of...
