I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. Ever since they hired new employees the restaurant has not been same. The staff is very rude and purposely messes up your order and calls it mistake. I order a chubby chicken meal with extra tomato and red onions at Nov 16,2022 3:15 PM. I also asked to please add around 10 ketchup packets. I was told to wait out front and when I got the order I checked the bag for ketchup packets and only found 3 when I originally asked for 10. I drove thru the drive thru again and told her this has happened before too. She took a a handful of ketchup and slapped them in my hand also dropping some and smacked the window at my face. If you don't want to work and provide the customer service customers deserve why bother showing up. I called the person in charge at the time named Simranjit Kaur. She was rude and unapologetic. She hung up the phone on me when I asked for the persons name who took my order so I could complain at customer relations. She told me she can't even though it is written on the receipt. My experience has been degrading and the new staff is very rude. I would suggest hiring new staff that actually wants to assist and help customer rather than being rude and treating us like we are the enemies. I just...

During this pandemic, I visited drive thru at this location. As i trusted their contactless service and safety precautions they take. As they mention in the online promotion add , they are supposed to be wearing gloves while serving their customers and they say that they hold a tray in which they keep the paying machine .The worker tonight wasn’t wearing gloves and she was also holding the paying machine in the same hand and without washing her hands or wearing gloves she handed me my order. It is so carelessness of her during such a serious time knowing that this may cause harm to many lives. It’s my advice that we should not visit this location. I go there alot times as my house is very nearby but last week on july 21 there was a lady very rude so careless. I ordered 3 pc chickn strips she only gave me 2 and then onion ring were only 5 in total and like she just dont want to work. Pulling up to counter i asked for a ranch. Instead of asking for pay she said"You have to pay for this ranch its not free". I said did i say i will not pay. How rude and awkward is that. Then again last night july 26 i went there, literally i waited there almost 30 minutes after ordering in drive thru.
