They were stressed out and rushing and my husband made a mistake when ordering my sub for me. He asked if they could fix the mistake and they told him they usually only fix it if it was their mistake. Okay, fair enough, but to make the customer pay for a sub that's just going in the garbage doesn't seem that great. So my husband convinced them to make a new sub, but the supervisor was rude, aggressively chucked the sub into their garbage can and angrily told him they weren't going to have enough bread because of this. If they weren't so flustered from being busy, my husband wouldn't have felt stressed out while ordering the sub in the first place and the mistake wouldn't have happened.
