I drive a Super B transport truck so parking anywhere to be able to get food is tough, today i parked on the side of the highway in front of this location and walked over.
Was no immediate counter staff, a staff member had to go get someone.
I ordered a chicken bowl, 3 drumsticks, a salad & biscuit to go.
Paid for my meal and left, walked back to the truck and proceeded down the highway to the first safe parking area, maybe 10kms away.
Proceed to eat the biscuit & drumsticks only to find no napkins, wet wipes or utensils. Plus they forgot my cookie!
Now what? Do they expect me to eat this with my fingers? Not like I can turn this monster around and go back.
The salad & chicken bowl went in the trash.
How hard is it for these people to get everything right, just once.

Do not care for the open box the large fries are now packaged in either. The young lady who was taking orders needs coaching on how to interact with costumers. Eye contact, a smile, communication with costumers goes a long way. I don't want her to ask my life story but acting like I am a burden on their time really makes me not want to burden your restaurant with my money. Every customer after us was told their wait times were going to be even longer. I understand it's likely a busy time of the day but your open until 11 pm. Why not still make chicken at 630 or 7. There was a customer at 710 order an 18 piece meal and he was told 25 to 30 minutes. Then when the cook in the back was told to put more chicken down you could hear him say "why" when the front person said "18 piece meal, put 18 down" again the cook said why.
