My partner and I ordered 2 appetizer combos, one with zucchini, and the other one with dill pickle instead of zucchini, and were promised it would be here in 30 minutes, so when an hour passed, we called back and asked for an update on what was going on. We were told: That we gave them the wrong address That we gave them a number that was out of service We both KNOW we gave them the right address; obviously we want our order.. and we both know we gave the right phone number.
So, the order arrives, everything thrown into the same box, a little soggy, and no zucchini sticks, and only 10 mozza sticks, so the guy made us pay anyway and took it back and we called to let them know what the issues were, and the manager argued over the phone that the order was "perfect"; the zuchini was apparently there, and all the mozza sticks, which wasnt the case. She kept arguing and eventually said "so your girlfriend sent it back over 2 mozza sticks missing??" Which is where we caught the lie.
You shouldn't be a manager in such a heavily customer-service oriented job if you're going to give the kind of service we recieved tonight.
We definitely won't be wasting our time or money there with management like that again.
They're sending a new one
Update - got a call - SOMEHOW they got through this time even though "we gave them a number that was out of service" :) The driver was given the wrong address AGAIN as well.
A total of almost 2 hours trying to get our order, wasted our time arguing with someone that doesnt care even though they're the manager, and still had to pay the same amount.
Order came, and no sour cream.
Dont bother with...
Read moreOkay so generally I'm a very understanding person but my most recent experience with this company was very poor. I called ahead to order a pizza for pickup and I was told 20 minutes which was the typical wait time. By the time I got to the store it had been 30 minutes so I was expecting it to be ready but was told it would be about 10 more minutes. Of course at that point I assumed they just got behind and it was only 10 minutes so I waited. About 15 minutes passed and I was told it would be just a couple more minutes. At this point I was a little frustrated but figured okay it's just a couple more minutes.... but another worker there informed me it actually hadn't even been prepared yet and it would most likely be close to 25 minutes before it would be ready. I ended up canceling the order and leaving... the problem wouldn't have been the wait if I had been informed properly but I was standing there waiting and no one told me that it wasn't even prepared. I was also told numerous times "just a few more minutes" when really it wasn't even being made.
My point is, I understand that things happen and people get busy, but don't lie to your customers.. when I first arrived I should have been told it hadn't been prepared so I could have made the decision to go somewhere else. I would have respected that a lot more than being lied to and having my...
Read moreI understand when power goes out, it is much harder to run a business efficiently and wait times must be estimated. However, 30 minutes and 90 minutes are vastly different and being told after paying that it would take about 30 minutes was obviously done on purpose. When you work somewhere you should be able to guess a little closer to the actual time(even double the given time would be better than triple) if it is so bad , you should not ask for payment prior. And if after over an hour of waiting I want to cancel my order and get a refund there should be 0 issue. Instead of agreeing to refund me and apologizing, I had to listen to them explain how it was a full diner (if you can't handle the volume you shouldn't be taking delivery/takeout orders) I was forced to either leave $30 lighter without pizza or wait however much longer (ended up being another 20 minutes after I was told "it's coming right up") for a pizza that tasted almost exactly like a delissio pizza. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the poutine was decent All in all, service was poor, food quality(and quantity) was weak and the hour and a half wait with no apology given beyond "we are very busy" was...
