Celtic Junction — Restaurant in Sydney

My family and I went here tonight due to a constant advertisement on a local radio station. They advertised about the chineese food and the $10 Buffett so much that we were convinced to go. We arrived there at 5pm. Waited in a line up of 150+ people, so its gotta be a great meal. Right ? At aprx 8 pm we arrived at the cashier station to pay for the buffett. Then sat another half hour waiting for a table to be clear. At 8:30pm it is time to get the top notch chineese food we were waiting for. I never knew chineese consisted of red beets, coleslaw, potato salad and roast. The actual chineese was very limited and disgustingly dry and tasteless. The Casino should be ashamed of itself for having people wait so long and for the slop that was served On a positive note. The waitress came to our table to ask how everything was. She received a tip. She deserved it for working there tonight.

I visited the casino and restaurant after 10 years abroad. It's terrible. It was a compete disappointment!

Went for steak night. HUGE wait that went well past hungry pains. Over my 45+ minute wait to be seated I received two false alarms with their buzzer. Each time I'd have to get up from playing tables, wait to speak to attendant, wait for them to give me another buzzer then go back out and continue to wait more. It was absurd, and happened twice.

Food was bland with steak and vegetables overcooked.

I remember visiting when the restaurant and casino first opened. It was nice. Now, having a bit more insight and given it's current condition, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant or casino to anyone.

Stay away from this place and everyone...

Was there saturday night. Waited awhile for a table even thought there was plenty available. Our drinks took nearly 10 minutes to get to table. Food was quick however when my husband went to open the napkin with the cutlery it was all bloody mentioned this to waitor. He did nothing about it ....
