KFC — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered chicken xinger box(3), the price in the display was $10.99 Plus tax per box. I got the items after 10 minutes of wait in the parking and I found out the amount charged was $11.29 plus tax per box. I enquired about this and spoke to the guy at the drive through counter and he informed that the price is changed and I told him that is not right, as per the rule the displayed price should be charged and he told nothing can be done and can give a discount on your next visit. I told I am not sure whether I may not come back next time and I want a compensation now. He told nothing can be done, so I asked for a supervisor, he told he is the supervisor, so I asked for a manager and he told he is the manager, so I asked for the owner and he told that not possible to contact. I told him to refund my money back and he did refund my money back with a rude manner and I did informed that I have opened the boxes to check, he told that it will go to trash and hopefully he does that. It is wrong from KFC's side do a malpractice. The difference is just a dollar amount which is silly but my point is if I purchase a chicken bucket for $30.00 and I have only $29.00, I can't purchase it because KFC needs full payment, so it's the same with customers. I don't know how many customers paid extra. The manager guy told me the system is updated with the new price but not the price displayed. I would have ignored that dollar amount but the attitude from the staff was very very bad, unprofessional. KFC might think I am one the bad customers and to ignore me and but my mouth shall spread this to many ears that might affect the business. Mistakes happen and it's the attitude to resolve the issue matters. Very poor...

Very worst customer service experienced at KFC at Prince Street at Sydney NS.

Manager was very rude*

We went at 7:00 pm, they closed dine in and only allowing us seat in front line chair where family can not seat together. Al though, we requested that we are family of 5 members, still did not allow to seat.

Before we leave without order, I have requested for a glass of tap water. Server even, did not bother to give us, she mentioned you have to buy bottles of water. We do not serve free water. After that, I have brought a bottle of water and leave.

We would like request KFC area manager and head department, kindly take immediate action as we have only one KFC in Sydney Prince Street so the we can go to KFC to eat out lunch and dinner...

Today was a different day, since my husband wanted to start the year eating one of the things he liked to eat the most in my country, like Pop Corn from KFC, which in my country is super delicious and its flavor is unmatched. My love tells me, let's try the Pop Corn, I mean, KFC must be the best here, we arrived at the place, the attention of the girl was exceptional, the delivery of the order was super fast, but when we saw the presentation of the Pop Corn 🍿 literally it was not what was expected, the presentation of the box, like rolled up, and then the flavor is definitely not the same flavor, not texture.
