KINGS WINGS — Restaurant in Sydney

Terrible service. New owners ruined this place, there's only 3 of them working here, one at the motel desk, one doing room changeover and another in the restaurant. Took 15 min to get a beer and 45 to get a chicken wrap that suspiciously tasted like a big mac, and there was only one other family there. Sure enough later, we see the only staff member waiting on people, pull McDonalds out of their car and bring it into the back. Must be deconstructing and making items to fit menu? Wings under cooked and DRY after they were asked to put double sauce on. When called to complain about the wings being under cooked they did not care. Order was about $80-90. You think they would care about a bigger order that are regulars but they don’t care about their customer satisfaction at all. Wings are terrible anyways. Service was terrible. Had a waitress that didn't know the menu, and she just disappeared and a man started to wait on us. I ordered a draft and he brought me a can of beer. He also did not seem to know the menu. Asked for Caesar salad and they only had garden salad. When they brought it, it was covered in some kind of dressing, looked creamy like coleslaw and was clearly old. Burger was half cooked. Just a...
