Harvey's — Restaurant in Tecumseh

I’d love to review the food but never received food nor was able to place an order. I went into drive thru after a late night at work. I was ravenous. After waiting FIVE minutes for the car in front of me to order I pull up to crickets. No greeting or anything. I say hello a few times, I honk my horn and after two minutes of waiting I decide to round the corner and plan to place my order at the window. I’m worried I’ll be waiting behind the customer ahead of me but figure I have no other choice as it’s a single lane drive thru. I turn the corner and am thrilled the customer has left. I show up to the window and two young girls are just chatting away. I look at them and they stare back at me as if I shouldn’t be there and go back to talking. After the sassy stare down, I didn’t bother ordering as I was worried my burger would be made wrong or spit in. Whoever was working the Wednesday shift at 7:30 in the evening needs to be replaced. Honestly if I could give zero stars i would. Last time we ate here, they forgot a burger in the bag and when I called and spoke to the manager I was made to feel like I was wrong. "My girls said it's in the bag" well they were wrong or lieing to you. Which isn't right! I didn't go out of my way to call and complain for nothing. Fast forward to today, my boyfriend went to same location on manning road. He actually went into the restaurant and they still screwed up. Put bacon on our poutines, which he didn't ask for. And the burgers sat out not in a bag for quiet some time while they made the poutines so they were cold by the time we ate them. I will not he back to this location and I will warn others. Don't spend your money here. Manager can't give out free pies to bribe people to make a good review, when their actions...

Placed a mobile order. Arrived on time at drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me. I waited almost 25 minutes from the time I got in line until I got to the window. The woman asked if the chicken was mine. I said no, the mobile order. After a few minutes of hearing everyone arguing I was asked to pull into a spot and wait as my order wasn't ready! It still took another 10-15 minutes to get my daughter's burger, fried pickles and pop. All that was offered was a quick sorry for the wait. What both my daughter and I understood from the arguing was that our order had been given to the vehicle ahead of us along with their several bags.
