Odd Burger — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Came in to grab a bite to eat and finally give Oddburger a try. They have a great offer of getting a free burger for new users who download the app. I was having some difficulties and Karen was patient and friendly while trying to figure it out. We ordered 2 burgers, hash browns, a poutine, chocolate shake and 2 whoopie Pies. The burgers, poutine and shake were really good. We tried the smash beefy patty, next time I will definitely try the chick pea burger. The Whoopie Pie was the only thing not good. I wouldn’t recommend it, maybe the cookies are better. This is made by Sweets from the earth. It tastes like sunflower seeds to me, a nutty flavour and sure enough the ingredients are not the greatest, sunflower oil, seems to over power it in taste mostly, but also has carrageenan in it as well. My favorite spot for vegan comfort food! I always bring my service pup in with me when it’s nice out, he lovesss having his little vegan ice cream treat! (I put some in a ketchup cup for him :p) All the customer service I have ever gotten in this restaurant has been amazing. Today I spoke with a gentleman, so friendly and kind and remembered my order when I only ordered that from him once! (Twin tacos, sour cream and tomatoes on the side)

Whenever I’m home visiting, Odd Burger is always a staple for me. Wonderful staff, wonderful food, and so clean! a nice and peaceful dine in experience as well Please support places like Odd Burger that choose not to serve any animal products! (They also host events for local animal sanctuaries, like Charlottes Freedom Farm, etc which I LOVE)

Go vegan! My only regret is not doing it sooner! (Vegan since 2014, 11 years now! 🌱❤️)

Ps: their breakfast combos are also the bomb.com! Can’t go wrong with anything...

I was so excited to try the new vegan food, I biked all the way from downtown, when I entered globally local no one acknowledged me. So I waited patiently then two customer walked past me and went to self checkout. So I thought to my self oh they don't have a cashier so I went to the the guy who never acknowledged me as if I wasn't even there. I asked I don't have a card so can I pay with cash the guy said no. I mean I waited patiently for 10min just to know that I wouldn't even be able to buy anything since I only have cash. No where in your website or Facebook page it says no cash only debit card so how is customers suppose to know what to pay? Never in my whole life I experienced such inconvenience at a restaurant. Came back home empty handed and hungry. I had so many high hopes being a vegan and I don't think I will be back. Really...
