Pita Pit — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Ordering was a pain person gave attitude. Then messed up order not listening. Didn't ask for spices or veggies on grill (3rd time with the same worker where she didn't add or anything once before burnt my food from walking away doing everything and anything else other then dealing with my pita. The shop front is dirty every table had food crumbs all over floors food all over I wonder what the back looks like.. When I requested for a table to clean she was argumentive about it. As my family stood there waiting for 5 mins for one to clean a table. This is becoming unacceptable and this place should be audited frequently because the hygiene is poor here and attention to their job is absolutely poor Worst pita pit I have...

Had a disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered a small pita with extra meat, but when I went to pay, I was charged for the extra meat of a large pita instead. When I pointed this out, the cashier basically told me that’s just how it is and that I had to pay for what he gave me. I tried to explain why that didn’t make sense, given that I ordered a small, but he was dismissive and unwilling to adjust it.

I understand pricing policies, but the lack of customer service and unwillingness to even discuss the issue was frustrating. I’ve always enjoyed Pita Pit, but experiences like this make me think twice about returning to...

Very good every time we go, but we have some gift certificates we cannot use because the dr./gift card machine does not work...it's been over 6 months!!!! How can you let such a problem go unfixed for so long as this affects your business does it not?????? It's very frustrating to customers trying to use their gift cards only to be told the machine doesn't work.....like I said this has been the excuse for way too long now. DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS IF WE THE CUSTOMER CANNOT...
