If google allows me give review without giving a star, that would be my first choice. My family went for their new year eve event, but the place is not set for new year celebrations at all! There is no celebration atmosphere at all, and the food was discusting, the veggies are not cooked at all. They even do not bother to put salad, the bread they serve are old like rubber, I barely can chew it, we didn't enjoy at all, and as my daughter said, it's just food for hunger. Beside that, the place is too loud with the game, other people were yelling and scream during the singer's performance, the screaming even covered the singer's singing and music, I just feel I am really in the wrong place for such a nice event. Ordered the British Burrito, which was described as "Yorkshire pudding wrap stuffed with tender roast beef". The roast beef was lunch meat heated up. It was not pleasant! The processed lunch meat was rubbery & did not taste good. The server offered a discount off my bill ( I really should have sent it back), but when I requested a take away box because I didn't want to waste the food, but instead feed it to my dog, they refused to give me the discount. The server did not tell me this, but then tried to get me to pay full price. It was only when I challenged him, that he told me that management said no discount if I took it home, only if I let them throw it away. I had only taken two bites. Just went here with my husband to meet family yesterday and we will never go back . First off you walk in and the music was incredibly loud you could not hear the person sitting next to you. The place was not very busy yet with the music so loud everyone had to shout to talk to their friends / family . It smelt like a public restroom. The menu was very basic. Doesn’t give good description of what is on certain dishes. My BIL ordered the bruschetta and it was under done . The bread was soggy. Chicken tenders were over done and not the best batter. Over all the food was not the best very low grade . Wait to even take the order was very long .
