McDonald's — Restaurant in Terrace

We have to eat out quite a bit right now due to kitchen renos. This place doesnt know how to make anything. We spend $40-50 here through the app and every single time the order is so messed up its unedible. We get don diegos for the same price and its always hot and fresh and never messed up.. and its real food so why the hell would we ever come back here? Example: a sweet chili jr chicken with no mayo, so we ask for mayo on it the next time and got a jr chicken with no lettuce and more mayo than chicken.. no sweet chili sauce. Is that out of spite? Or just general lack of common sense? On the same order we always get the firecracker mccrispy (its $17 after tax) and we ask for extra jalapenos because they dont ever give them.. we never recieve them. We went back in and got them to remake it.. they took 25 mins to remake it out of spite. Speaking punjabi, giving me looks.. its jalepenos.. they dont come off of your paychecks. Thats so messed up. Fries are always cold, we dont leave the drive through without making sure they arent cardboard. Dont waste your time here. They dont get it. Id actually like to speak to someone about this because its so bad back there and im so mad that ive given mcdonalds my money. Lately I have noticed your staff have been treating customers more like an inconvenience than anything. I have noticed this quite a few times when I have gone in. Today I told a worker one of the ice dispensers was empty as well as the napkin dispenser, she stared blankly at me and just walked away.

Once we got our order I checked our burger because I asked for extra pickles and there was none (no big deal) it happens to us all the time I think. So I say "excuse me..." and the woman kept walking, I said "hey, excuse me," and she turned around and glared. I tried to ignore it and explained that we asked for extra pickles and there were no extra pickles, before I could finish what I was saying she mumbled something while walking away. I said "well if I could just have a few extra pickles on a napkin that would be fine, she walks away further... does not even acknowledge that she heard me.

So I called over someone who looked like a supervisor, told him what happened and I explained she just walked away from me without saying anything. Right then she comes walking back with the pickles and he says... with his arm out pointing at her, there... there is your pickles okay. I have never experienced so much disrespectful and unprofessional behavior all in one...

Ok so first of all.. the service I'm the morning (4:20am) was absolutely horrid! It to 10mins to even get a response athe intercom.. them when we did the voce on the other end sounded annoyed. I also had to repeat my order 3 times, just so the guy who was clearly not Intrested in The sitiation, would pay attention; let alone get it right. So after waiting for 20 mins, for what usually is an easy meal to order to make. I received my order, with pleasant interaction. First off the drink where wrong (but after 20+ mins of waiting I was grabbing what ever they were handing me.) As we drove away, I was checking my order... we ordered 1 mcgriddle meal with Apple juice, a BLT begal meal with a coke, with an added mcgriddle sAndwich. We didn't get the coke, and 2 out of 3 of the MCgriddles had no eggs. And the most disappointing part about the whole situation, was that when we pulled up to the fists window, which as wide open, all we could hear was all the staff member cussing and complaining about the job they are being paid to...
