Recently visited Ranu Kitchen with a group of four for dine-in. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance for a while before a server finally approached us. When I inquired about dining in, he told us there was no space available. That was not an issue, as I understand waiting can be part of the experience. However, when I called later to ask about reservations, I suggested leaving my phone number so they could notify us when a table became available. The server responded that he couldn’t remember and advised us to call back after 25–30 minutes instead. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. I waited far too long just to have my order taken — over an hour for 4 pratha and no one acknowledged us during that time. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there was no clear reason for the delay.

Good food or ambiance can’t make up for poor service. If you’re expecting even basic attention from staff, you might want to look elsewhere.
