Absolutely disgusting experience. Poor food quality, lousy and inattentive staff who don’t seem to care about a thing. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. And the most dirty, gross and messy environment I have seen in my life-floors were sticky and greasy, food leftovers were everywhere. We were the only people eating inside at a certain point and all the tables around us were messy. Actually I accidentally put my elbow into grease that was not cleaned from the previous customers and ruined my sweatshirt. Toilets were dirty, beverage station was a horror movie. The food was not at all McDonald’s quality and standards. Tray was dirty and greasy, obviously never washed, sandwiches were so dry and cheese not melted. Soft drinks felt different and the fries clearly had burnt, smoked grease aftertaste. Absolutely not worth a dollar, not to mention we paid 51$. Will write a complaint to MacDonalds Canada. This should not have place in your company. Employees are using the dining room as their hang out place, smashing fries around the floor and kicking beverage caps and packaging on the floor. One guy (who was obviously too tired to clean the premises), literally kicked fries under the bench and laid down (like took a completely horizontal position) to talk over the phone. He wore cook shoes and came from over the counter. Then another girl joined him at that table. This is horrible! Nothing is ever cleaned at this location! As I was placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff member asked if I had a code to collect points. I informed her that I did, but I was waiting for the app to finish loading. She instructed me to proceed to the window.
Upon arriving at the window, a young employee greeted me and processed my payment. Shortly after, he was called away by the manager. When he returned to the register, I politely reminded him that he had forgotten to apply my code. He told me it was too late to do so.
At this point, I had not yet received my food. I explained that this should not be an issue and suggested he speak with the manager. He consulted with the assistant manager, Jessica, and returned to inform me again that it was too late. I then advised him that if they were unwilling to apply my points, I would prefer to cancel the order and place it again.
He went back to Jessica, who then came to the window with my refund and told me to leave.

They invite me to the window. She offers to give me money back. I reply you are going to charge me for this mistake. Will you pay me 15 minutes of my time lost and gas. They start giving me shit that didnt I notice on my Bill that they charged me less. I didnt look at my bill Im going through a drive through with my car. I told them Im not paying for your lattes. I am the one that was inconvenienced The minimum you should do is give me the right order. They gave me the money back for the black coffee. I didnt want it back. I told them I will give you back your money but Im not paying. I left Very angrilly and will never return. You lost a customer that goes there at least twice a day. I went to tim Hortons instead, where they know how to take care of their customers. When they screw up they dont charge you for having to come back.
