Updated Review 09/9/22
I would like to formally update my review from the previous experience to the current one I had this evening.
Firstly I would like to thank BP's for taking the time to read the previous review and have a discussion directly with me about what took place and on how to resolve the problems
Tonight me and my gf came back to the establishment and let me tell you it was night and day difference for experience. Food was cooked, hot, and very tasty.
Service was truly on point tonight for drinks and checking up on the dining experience during our meal.
I would also like to personally the supervisor Lynette who not only helped out the terrible situation before but she was a rock star tonight for the experience.
To our surprise Lynette ended up being our server for the evening this go around "top notch service" and top notch food.
Again thanks Lynette for everything tonight that you provided. because of this experience we will be coming back you totally changed our view on the establishment tonight
Regards Original Review 09/2/22 (1 Star)
I would honestly rate this less than 1 star if I could. My dining experience that took place tonight here was by far the absolute worst.
First and foremost the service was absolutely terrible. We had addressed this at the end of our night in which we got a response of " oh we're busy". This is unacceptable being in the service industry. Every customer is as important as the next.
Secondly we had to chase down an employee to get cutlery to eat our food which is just common sense 101.
Thirdly one of the dishes was immediately sent back for serving raw bacon on a hamburger. This is not acceptable by any means in the food service industry,
There was no offering of compensation aside from can we get you new bacon. NO you cant because this constitutes cross contamination of food.
We also had no service or offering of drink refills the entire night of our visit, however every table around us was being served.
I would honestly say this has got to be the worst experience to date dining here.
I will not be back to eat here ever again as this restaurant is just disappointment after disappointment each and every time we go there. Considering we spent $70 dollars and got no service this is nothing but a let down and a waste of money.
Come on...
Read moreI am a regular customer for 5 years now at this location, was there twice last week, Dec 21 and 24, between 7-8 PM, take-out counter.
Dec 21 visit was ok, I had a gift card (not BP) and the (black Canadian) young lady was very helpful as it was a first time for me to use the dining gift card.
Dec 24 was something else. Caucasian young lady with thick fake lashes, outright said when she saw the card, “that card doesn’t work here”. I said to her, it does as I just used it last Thursday (Dec21). I still placed my order, I asked what other pasta they have as I always order the Jambalaya Fettucini. She told me 3 pastas then she said you can also create your own pasta. Maybe she’s thinking, why order when the card will not work. She tried swiping the card on the side of the screen and it did not work. She handed me the card and said, it didn’t work. I said to her, it should work cos it worked 3 days prior. She said ok I will use the debit machine, it did not work again. She said the kind of card I have always have issues at their store. She was just standing looking at me as if saying “leave”. I said to her, is there a manager? She called the manager looking so frustrated. Manager used the debit machine, it worked. Manager told the staff to use the card as credit, not gift card. I thanked the manager. I did not get an apology from staff, she just told me it’s a 20 minute wait.
I came back after 20 minutes, a Native/Asian young lady was at the counter, she was very nice. I asked for parmesan cheese on the side, same Caucasian lady came back and Native lady asked her to grab parmesan cheese as she was handing my order. Caucasian woman grated the cheese where I can view her and she was getting the cheese from the grater using her bare finger onto the tiny cup. And she was whispering to another staff and that staff looked at me, so I was thinking, was she talking about me? How about give me my parmesan first and gossip about me later? I didn’t say anything, I wanted to but I don’t wanna spoil the night, my food is getting cold and I was hungry and tired. I did not eat the parmesan cheese. Suggestion: Do not push a customer away, try your best to make the sale and importantly, practice safe...
