ALLERGIES? DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? IT IS NOT SAFE!!! A normal spot I would have loved to enjoy turned into an allergy nightmare, other locations care more and are better with specific orders or allergies. Due to allergies to the sauce and gluten- I always ask them to clean the grill and change tongs like other locations. But instead of cleaning how they usually would, they claimed they cleaned it but I didnât see it- just simply used the machine to grind the remnants off but no solution on the grill to do a deep steam clean like Iâve seen other locations do. Cross contamination is the nightmare of us allergy folks. Went home took my order home and ate it and my whole skin was welted, my chest burned and it was completely inflamed! Stomach hurt. Regardless to whether you have allergies or not this truly isnât the place to go. They seemed to overlook my allergies because cleaning the grill was too much or something when there was no one else behind me in the line. Iâm really sad to say this was my experience.    Read moreJust left there after a rushed visit. Wanted to order a bento box including the sushi but apparently they werenât able to make it. (We came in about 9:50pm and the hours are said to close at 10:20pm). Boyfriend wanted a fountain drink, wasnât able to get that as the nozzles were already soaking and machine was unavailable. Asked for a passionfruit tea without lychee and instead boba, said they could add boba on top of lychee otherwise I should get the brown sugar boba. I declined and we proceeded to pay⌠I asked after if they were the ones to physically put the boba/ lychee themselves in, and if it was possible to only put the boba in the drink I requested.. she then replied that when itâs closing time they throw it out? So I wouldâve received either drink without boba was my understanding after that.. but per the hours posted it was still about 25 min to close⌠why would a restaurant not wait until the final customers/ rush come in, assuming theyâre stil going to order certain items. And then throw things away once you are actually closed? Or update the hours on google so people arenât coming in and being rushed/...

I came back here with hopes that after all the bad reviews about the woman working the cashier, that management would take reasonable action and i would be greeted with a replacement employee. This was not the case. Itook 2 steps in the door and walked out when i noticed she is somehow still employeed. This is a terrible look for management.
Not only that. When I came to check for any updated reviews from others on the matter, i noticed YOU DELETED MY REVIEW ALONG WITH OTHER 1 STARS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE CASHIER. I remember my review specifically as i was lied to about what i ordered after i paid, was demanded to pay more after the fact and then was refused my change for what my receipt stated. Along with making mention of the review from someone else before mine, also stating their awfuk experience with that cashier. Thoae reviews have magically vanished. I know of 2 others id read also unexplainably gone.
So instead of addressing the problem, Edo Alabany has chosen to cover it up from the public and let the problem persist. Bravo. Never stepping foot in any Edo Japan again after...
