⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service and Great Experience at Tim Hortons Albany! I recently visited Tim Hortons Albany, and I must say the customer service was absolutely exceptional — one of the best I’ve experienced at any café or quick-service restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude that instantly set a positive tone. The team members were attentive, efficient, and incredibly polite, making sure every customer felt valued and well taken care of. Even during the busy hours, they managed the line swiftly and calmly, ensuring that orders were taken accurately and served promptly without compromising friendliness or quality. I was especially impressed by how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests — whether it was customizing a coffee order or double-checking that everything was just right before handing it over. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, comfortable dining space showed true professionalism and pride in their work. The store was spotless, tables were promptly cleared, and the atmosphere was inviting — perfect for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up. The coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed, and the baked goods were delicious and well-presented, showing the same care and quality that Tim Hortons is known for. What really stood out, though, was the genuine kindness and teamwork among the staff. You could tell they enjoyed what they do, and that positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. In a time when good service can be hard to come by, Tim Hortons Albany truly shines for its consistency, efficiency, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends, family, and colleagues. Kudos to the entire Albany Tim Hortons team — keep up the fantastic work! You’ve set the gold standard for...

Read moreVery rude drive through staff! Went to drive through at 11 am, not rush hours, no cars (not even one) behind me. I gave the drive through staff a $20, and she handed me the coffee, and change ($5 + $10 + some coins). While I was putting away my change, she shushed me to drive forward immediately to make way for cars behind me. I moved forward, and looked into the rear mirror, noting there was no car behind me. I backed up, and asked why I was not allowed to put my change away before I drove away when there was not even any car behind me. Her reply was that she has to meet her "drive-through time"! I pointed out to her there was not even any cars in sight! She insisted that she still had to meet "drive-thru time". I asked to speak with the manager and asked why she had to rush me away from the drive through window and not allowed to quickly put my change away. He apologized that I should not be rushed, but they do have to meet "drive-thru time"!! All this time, around 5 minutes while I was complaining to him, there was still NO CAR behind me! This is the most crappy customer service I have ever got from Tim Hortons! What drive-through will not even allow a customer 5 seconds to put away their change! I will definitely not going to this Tim...
