Do yourself a favour. Try this place! The first time I went in, there was a lineup almost out the door. I was going to leave, but just wanted to see what the food looked like - as I had heard the kitchen is set up like a kiosk in a mall food court. No sooner did I get close enough to see the food when they asked me what I wanted. The line moves very fast and you don't have a lot of time to be deciding what you want, but hey, it's all good so just pick anything. A couple of things I noticed... They display the chopped up and prepared fresh vegetables prominently to let you know that's what they use in their food. Nothing frozen or canned, and that's what make this food so outstanding. The other thing I noticed was the cooking area looked like an operating room in a hospital. Lots of stainless steel and very clean. They have rotating special dishes so if you're there when thane the green bean chicken, try it. As well, don't get in a snit when you see some of the dishes are considered premium and have an extra charge for them. They are high quality foods and well worth the extra buck. Read moreI usually like this place but today it was a bad experience, closing time is 9:00, and I'm here at 8:20. There was literally a maximum of 4 to 5 options available, besides the rice and noodle,and very little of each in the dishes.
The employee states that If there is something I don't see he'll make it. So I proceed to place an order for a plate and a bigger plate, Immediately after Calling out my 1st choice, he starts trying to push the scraps on me. Like you know, the food that's been sitting there a while and it's hard and cold. I managed to persuade the guy to agree to make a fresh batch as I was planning to take a large portion with the 5 options I was taking, Next, the 2nd option I requested as it was not in the empty display in front of me, was Teriyaki chicken, then the guy tells me that the grill is already off.
Closing time was not for another 40 minutes, I told him to scrap my order and that I didn't want anything.
I don't even know what to say, I'm flabbergasted that they would shut off their equipment 40 minutes before...

I ordered 2 plates, after ordering the first the employee dealing with the food repeated back what I had said and I confirmed that the order was correct. However it wasn’t until I sat down to eat it I realized the order was wrong even after she took the time to confirm what I wanted. When I went to pay the employee working the register was unnecessarily rude and did not give me my receipt which again I didn’t notice until I was already eating my food. When I asked the employee at the register if I could have some chop sticks and soya sauce she proceeded to look exasperated and roll her eyes. The chop stick quality has gone down exponentially and they are borderline unusable. Also they did not have any soya sauce. What Asian cuisine place does not have any soya sauce?
