TacoTime — Restaurant in Edmonton

I'm a big fan of Taco Time, so I've been to a lot of locations, and this one is the absolute best! They never skimp on fillings, which can be a huge problem at other locations. The burritos here are always, fat, full, and delicious.

The drive-thru can be a little slow sometimes, but I think it might be due to the care they put into your order. I have never got the wrong order from this location, and I go almost every day.

The staff isn't overly friendly, but they're certainly not rude. The young Asian guy seems like he is working all the time, and he is quiet, but always friendly, and energetic, and always gives the correct sauces that I ask for.

I am recovering from cancer, so I can't always cook for myself, and eat out a lot, and before I used to sample various fast food places, but now I pretty much always go here since I get such great value for my money, the food is always consistent, delicious, hot, and fresh.

Lol, I know I probably sound like a shill, but I have just been so frustrated with places like McDonald's, and KFC, where the quality, and the portions are constantly going down, and prices going up, and then you're lucky if you get fresh food, and the correct order. Our favourite new place for tacos and burritos! This is the first time my husband and I ever visited Taco Time ever. It was a wonderful experience at this location. Not only the food was fresh and made to order but was very delicious. We dined-in for lunch and was craving it the same night so we used drive-thru and the same staff member served us again. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Drive-thru was fast enough knowing that they make to order. There is something wrong when fast food is too fast (meaning made a while ago- how long ago? no one knows?). I prefer restaurants make the food I order when I order it as I'm assured that it's definitely fresh. The staff was friendly and made our burritos with care. We were lucky to go on a Thursday as they have the deal with burritos that day of the week. We were sure enough to find out they have a deal for Taco Tuesdays. No more greasy burger and fries for us, its burritos and tacos this time forward. Keep up the great work and if its continues to be the same great quality with every visit we will see you soon...

This location has now implemented charging extra funds beyond one packet per item. The service was already mediocre so my expectations were low for this location but this was the last straw. I understand that it’s in the owner/management best interests to reduce operating costs to increase profits but charging extra for condiments is reflective of the priorities of this business that don’t appear to include excelling at any sort of customer service or encouraging patronage. Staff are not particularly friendly and seem more interested in mundane support tasks rather than customer service. Expecting accuracy at the drive in window feels like gambling with multiple errors almost every single visit prompting me to dine in instead.
