During these heat wave days I prefer drive thru to speed it up but I had to go to the bathroom so decided to chance going inside hoping it’ll be quick. Simply went in for quick bathroom and wanting a cup of water for my dog in the car. Bathroom experience good it’s clean can’t complain. Usually I am being told by these employees I need to make a purchase for a water. Ended up waiting 17 min for McDouble and a cup of water whilst my dog is suffering in my vehicle in the heat (whom of which the water was for..)

Came out of the bathroom stood second in line. Assistant manager running the till ended up helping her coworkers instead which I respect. Waiting 6 min at the till with no service I ended up using the touchscreen menu. Ordered and stood at front of till once again for a further 4 min until the assistant manager walking over from a peppy happy attitude to dreading being there as she approached me. Was of the least welcoming experiences I have ever witnessed and after placing the order and waiting for the 17 min checking my phone and trying to get the employees attention I finally spoke up asking for bare minimum my cup of water for my dog and long and behold she had it ready behind her the whole time. Handing me my food without saying a single word or looking me in the eye after shortly talking with her family friend. No form of intimidation or exchange of greeting as I wished her a good day. my visit was a drive threw, ordered two can dine breakfast. I had a coupon I printed out online for $6.98 They took my order I drove up to pay the young man at the window stated the total what I thought was 7.16 so I gave him 7.25 he said thank you have I nice day so I thought that was weird and thought o.k I asked the person at the other window if they could help me figure out why I wouldn't get change back. What seamed to be a manager that was good with the arithmatix she SHOWED me the receit the total was $7.70, (never gave me a receit)so I said my bad and gave her another .35 cents as she was saying "no that's ok" I Insisted. As I drove away I thought Wait a tick that that does not make sense, my arithmatix is not as good as I used to remember so I got out my calculator and did 6.98 x 1.5 as I was driving away with my order( on another note why does no one in a McDonald's ask " would you like ketchup?")why why why? By the way the phone number for this store is a non functioning number, so you cannot phone and complain. Good job. Anyway I did not get my food at the coupons price it was the regular price plus I wasted my paper and ink and to boot did not get ketchup with my two breakfast meals.
