Mike was an absolute gem from the moment we walked in. He was super welcoming and just gave off great vibes. We actually drove in from Welland just to check this place out, and wow, it was 100% worth it. My partner had the meatball sub and couldn't stop raving. He said it was one of the best he's ever had, and he's picky about his meatballs. I went for the classic ham and cheese, and let me tell you, it was perfection. Everything was balanced, with the perfect topping ratio, fresh, and super satisfying without being heavy. We’ve officially found our sub spot. If you’re craving a proper, well-made sub, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

He shared some interesting insights about the town and local happenings, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The highlight, however, was the meatball subs. They were absolutely incredible! The sauce was perfectly balanced, and the bread was homemade, adding that extra touch of quality. The entire meal was clean, delicious, and satisfying. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Coatesy's. You won't be disappointed!

This is my first time in St Catherine's in years and all the reviews are true he is awesome and he takes pride in the subs and this is assorted spicy sub is amazing. If you're giving yourself a second thought as to if you should or should not, ask yourself about the last time you had a good sub and where you could possibly end up in a place where you could get a good sub again. Give it a shot you won't regret it

This is my first time in St Catherine's in years and all the reviews are true he is awesome and he takes pride in the subs and this is assorted spicy sub is amazing. If you're giving yourself a second thought as to if you should or should not, ask yourself about the last time you had a good sub and where you could possibly end up in a place where you could get a good sub again. Figured I should get this review typed up while I'm still full. Walked up, they were still closed. As we were walking away the owner saw us and promptly grabbed us to come in.

The owner: This guy is a beeeaut. They just don't make 'em like this anymore. So friendly and personable. And very passionate about his business and the product he puts out.

The Price: 10 bucks all in for a large sub? Come on. 10 Bucks doesn't get you a side salad at most places nowadays and you can walk out full for 10 bucks

The food: 10/10. Amazing sub. Packed full of meat and all the toppings, buns are made fresh every day (I forget the bakery he said he gets them from) .

I've been meaning to come out here for a couple weeks since I saw them on the Niagara Noms IG page. I can safely say this is my new go to spot and will be eating that spicy assorted...
