Bald man working with Indian accent and Indian woman in there just asked for a sub footling with tuna they barely.had any tuna in the tin can and he kept giving smaller four scoops once told the little to no tuna That was in their tin can finished he started to proceed to put cheese on before toasting until I said you dont have more tuna he said no
And I said clearly the scoops are smaller than each other in size so if you can refill your tuna to add more in it he said " it's all I get aggressively was rude kept saying no more tuna it's what you get and then said why are you arguing with me you only get four it's just a sub if you don't want it go somewhere else" This occurred September 24 on a Thursday 2024 I'm so upset subway customer service has been given to people they hire that tell you to go somewhere else three times when raised with the question to please add more tuna without even suggesting I can add more for a cost until I brought it up
Please do bring up this statement with them "if you don't want it go somewhere else" make it a trend because food is a necessity it's a sustainability right and these people who cannot speak English properly with their class of business are bringing it here in Canada I'm so upset.

Read moreI am surprised about how many negatives commets are here and owner or management does not seem like taking any kind of action or notice. Today i went at this location Sep 21-2018. Around 1:05 pm very first time. The young indian or pakistani guy working there have zero customer service skills .i asked him to put tzatziki sauce on my sub he argued over that subway do not even carry that sauce at any place in ontario. I told him that i have that everytime everywhere else. He mentioned he worked so many subways and he knows everything & draging me into never ending arguements. He was rude with words and gesture.
