Had a wonderful experience as a first-time customer. Prime rib was awsome. Cooked to perfection melt in your mouth. Had the escargo app. The reason for the four stars and not five is 2 fold. The food was not hot enough for me. The temperature was luke warm and the mushrooms were actually cold. Also, the escargot needed more cheese and more spice. We were a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our dinners. We had a reservation and were seated at a long table. While we were waiting for our dinners to come a booth was emptied and we asked to relocate to the booth. They moved us right away taking our drinks to the booth for us. Our server was very helpful although she did not get our full order as 2 of us added a lobster tail which did not come with our prime rib. She immediately put in the order and it came as we were finishing our prime rib. The entries were all served at the same mine. She offered us a free dessert as an apology which we took to go. She kept our water glasses full and our drinks refilled. All in all, we will be back Just loved the menu variety. Will have to try the lobster bisque. Will ask them next time to watch the temperature...

Our meals however were unfortunate: salmon was so over cooked it was dry, steak was ordered medium-rare and arrived well/done, prime rib was ordered medium-rare and arrived very rare. lamb was cooked on the stone and good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly although they had no seasoning, or so little seasoning it could not be tasted. Management took care of the poorly-cooked meals and we appreciated the way they handled our issue. The wine list is small but the selection is good and the 9oz glasses are reasonably priced, however based on our experience with the food, I would not return. My wie n I both ordered the prime rib my wife small 6oz and I asked for the large 16oz it tasted great but I'm pretty sure the chef has no idea what size he was cutting. My wife's was so small it looked like a slice of bologna and mine was no thicker than 1/2" maybe 8oz. I have spent alot of time buying and cooking meat so I'm sure on the size it should be. After thought I should have taken pictures . I never like to complain so we didnt show our displeasure but I can assure you We will not be back .
