Me and my friend came from Toronto for a visit. We needed coffee around 12:30am. We went for the drive through for a hot coffee, my friend ordered tea and i ordered coffee. What I got was really cold coffee which was surprising when i held the cup, that it was not hot at all. My friend was driving and the staff said it was hot, I opened and took a sip in front of the staff to make sure it was not hot before asking them to heat it. She took the cup back in and in about 20 seconds came back with a cup of coffee which was the same, i think. It was shocking when she said, it's steaming hot when she gave it back and I thought she might be joking. I took a sip again and asked my friend to test if it was hot or not before giving it back. I asked my friend to return the coffee and to leave the place asking them to keep the money! My friend demanded to get hot coffee since we asked and paid for that service. The staff said to wait in front of the store and we drove to the front and waited there for almost 10 minutes. I was losing my patience since my friend was having tea and it was almost finished. I went inside to tell them that i don't prefer to wait for the night for a coffee and that I'd get it from somewhere else. The fact that the attitude that I received was in such a manner which made me think they don't even care to give a good service but also don't value the customer or the person in front. They had an expression which would make someone feel less or I'm not sure if it was racism. They simply asked to wait and didn't care to apologize or even say please. I got the coffee after a minute and left the place. The counter staff said, wait the coffee machine is brewing. To which I asked could you please let me know how much time it would take. The person replied about 30 seconds, to which I opened the timer and set 1 minute. I placed my phone on the counter and waited. When the alarm sounded after the timer expired the counter staff knew what I did and gave me a look. I got the coffee and thanked both the staff at the counter and drive-through and wished them a good night to which I didn't receive any response. I come through your drivethru and order a sausage egg mcmuffin and a coke, make it through to the end to hear the lady trash talk someone (yep shes rude - what I heard) and then proceed to give me attitude when I told her the coffee wasn't mine that she was trying to hand to me. I get my meal and go on my way. When I arrive at work I look in the bag and there is NO RECEIPT and order was wrong. So I called to file a complaint, answered every questions the first lady asked (I was not given her name after requesting it to make a complaint to head office) and then suddenly she hands off the phone to someone else who just says "hello" and the phone goes silent. I asked well "what are we doing here" and she proceeds to ask the same questions over again, that I already answered the first time. She proceeds to reply with "Look if you don't want help we won't help you". Well why would I call in the first place if I didn't want help, I wanted PROFESSIONALISM. Then I asked for her name, which was Nicole, and I asked for the other lady's name so that I may file a complaint against this store for their unprofessional way of dealing with a complaint in a timely matter and lack of customer service skills, well Nicole said "you don't need that", OK, well then I asked "give me your store number" to which she replied "You have it on your receipt" Well what the HECK! I did not get no receipt and I constantly complain that you guys NEVER put receipts in the bag (which in itself is concerning, because how do I verify how much you charged me with my banking records). Anyways she gave me the store number and hung up. I had to call THREE times after the initial hangup to get another person to fix this issue. I would like a refund and an hours wage to replace the time I spent trying to just get my order right. Maybe try something like the Superior WI McDonalds does, verify the order so you guys make less mistakes. Read moreTHIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!! I used to drive twice the distance to go to this one because it used to be better. Now unfortunately they literally get the order wrong 8 or 9x out of 10. That is LITERALLY 80-90% FAIL RATE. The manager Ahmed and Gangader say that as the the customer its your responsibility to check the entire bag AND OPEN EVERY SANDWICH TO ENSURE you get what you paid for, and they WILL NOT BE HONORING CORRECTIONS FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I find that odd, your paying for something, you dont get it. Then they either dont answer the phone or flat out say its your problem for not checking entire order. But isnt that what theyre paid for??? The people working there cannot understand what your saying, ive experienced them not even knowing what canadian currency is, we cannot understand them, and they just flat out never give you what you pay for. Im one of the nicest people and i rarely get mad when i call. But me and everybody i know is beyond fed up. They need to hire some more people or just close their doors because the level of service will destroy this business. I want to start a petition just so the owner knows its not just a select few. Most people just cant be bothered to even call in, never mind if they dont even answer. Today i ordered pancakes, 2 mcgriddles: 1 sausage and 1 bacon, and 1 sausage mcmuffin. They gave me 2 bacon mcgriddles, one with no cheese no egg. Who gets a mcgriddle with no egg no cheese???? Jus the griddle and bacon!?!??! Lmfao this places customer service...
