I went to McDonald's today after a long time - I've been vegetarian for a few years and don't believe in eating garbage anymore. We stopped by McDonald's tonight while I was out with my oldest - he wanted pizza hut and I was craving fries. We got to McDonald's and I ordered a large fry and I thought it was a mistake on the screen when it said $5.98. $5.98 for one large order of fries. I was actually a lot more rude than I should have been but I laughed out loud as I drove off in disbelief that McDonald's is charging $5.98 including tax for one large fry. I drove down to Intercity Mall, to New York fries where they cut potatoes in store, they're not processed; prefrozen bagged and then shipped around the continent. The fries at New York fries which were so fresh and actually crisp and crunchy - WITH GARLIC AIOLI DIP - cost $6.98 and I got more fries than at McDonalds. I know this sounds super boomer status but I was shocked McDonald's has the nerve to charge that much for processed not real fries when there's so many better and tastier options. I'm still laughing at McDonald's. 6 bucks for fries hahaha haha.

*** DRUGGIE CENTRAL***** Stopped here on Friday 12 July 2019. Family of 6. The employee carrying food to the drive thru waiting spots wore a dress shirt and tie. The parking lot was busy. Not the best crowd of people transiting the area, pick somewhere else to go instead. Wife used the bathroom and the person in the next stall dropped a drug needle and it rolled on the floor next to her feet. I heard a conversation outside with some nasty element people about how someone stole her bus ticket so as a remedy she just stole someone else's bicycle which she was riding to this McDonalds. The real "gems" of society come here. Overall, a whole lot of people here who are really scuzzy and complete burden on society. Do not bring your kids here. While it is not McDonald's fault, the people who come here are nasty and pathetic.

Worst McDonald’s ever. I used to think that the worst was in Durham, NC, but this one takes the cake, obliterating any possible competition for the world’s worst McDonald’s. Had to place my order 5 times on 3 kiosks before I could complete the order. A woman’s was yelling. Kids were running around. It was chaos. The restaurant was filthy. The drive through had a trash can blocking access… apparently some antique car had broken down in the drive through. Food was expensive and pathetic, even when compared against bad McDonald’s. Employees played music on their phones loudly against the miserable piped in music. Horrible experience. The door on the toilet in the men’s room didn’t even work. I guess all of these explain why TripAdvisor doesn’t even acknowledge the existence of this location.

We pre-ordered our food online and went inside the store to pick it up. Before even leaving the parking lot, we noticed the wrap and sauce we paid for were missing — the wrap alone cost over $5.

We went back inside right away to politely let the staff know, and the manager on duty immediately dismissed us and said “the wrap was definitely there.” She refused to replace it, even after we offered to show her the bag with everything we did receive.

We weren’t rude at all until we were forced to argue just to get what we paid for. We weren’t asking for anything free — just the item they forgot to give us. The manager had a terrible attitude and zero interest in helping or taking responsibility.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If this is how they treat customers standing right there in the parking lot, I can’t imagine how many other people leave without their full order....
