Last order, I had.none of the condiments I asked for and staff ignored me and would not pass my order to my children's father whom is of colour. They walked past Jim and handed the order to me, which he paid for. But they refused to give him the order order he held the ticket. This has happened to us multiple times at McDonald's by the marina. And the staff ignore you and have a rather repelling attitude when you ask for things that should have been provided in the first place, condiments which were mentioned in the process or ordering, drink trays when you order 5 drinks, to go bags when you have 3 happy meals and 2 other orders. The foods good, aside from finding a bone in my daughter's nuggets. But the service is rather passive and lacking social skills, there is however a few friendly staff that smile and listen and don't just sigh and walk away after dropping the condiments or whatever is asked for, after having having say excuse me to several staff that are walking by. I've only experienced this treatment at the water street location. Any other McDonald's is awesome all around and...

The place is just on the main road and service is quite fast. The service is friendly and they have free colouring pages for kids and crayons. You can serve yourself your own drinks and access ketchup napkins straws. They have high chairs and booster seats for bigger kids. They will bring your food order to your table while you wait. Always friendly with children and sometimes give kids free toys.
