Hello, this review is specifically for the Manager Mr Tushar of Osmos's who was on a shift on Monday 23rd June 2025. A little background I prefer halal food and Osmow's is my favorite place to go. I always take my friends there for celebration and at this point I don't go anywhere else. I am a student and I work part time in a restaurant nearby this branch usually after my shift I visit here. On Monday 23rd June I entered Osmow's with my bike after my shift ended the time would be around 10 pm. I wanted to treat myself after a long hectic day to eat at Osmow's but Manager Mr Tushar very rudely asked me to park my bike outside. I asked him even that things get stolen and I have been parking it inside before he was still persistent. Please let it be known I have been parking my bike inside every time and no one said anything but only this time this manager very rudely ordered me to park it outside. Mr Manager I may be a part time worker at some other place but I do not work under you, I am your customer and NOT your employee so you can not treat me like that. It was night and usually at this time things get stolen for safety reasons I wanted to park inside but due to his ego he wanted it outside. After which I did not want to eat anymore but still I went inside. The entire time when I sat there I was worried about my bike and I looked at it all time through mirror so it is safe. The food manager made me was chicken on rocks in which fries were not cooked properly also the quantity of chicken was lesser than usual.I did not say anything because the rude behavior before indicated that I will not be entertained further. I was taking student deal but still I felt that I was not being welcomed as I usually am. Attitude problem: The manager has serious attitude problem and he dealt with me as inferior cause I am a brown part-timer working immigrant and not a white person. This should not be tolerated and each customer even he is spending as little as $1 at the restaurant deserves respect and not attitude. The only reason I prefer this branch is because of usual welcoming attitude of employees which I appreciate, now I will make sure never to visit when manager is around. Read moreI have been there every time I never had an issue with any of the employee but today I went their for a lunch and I ordered a Shawrma wrap and poutine but there is a manager called Tushar he made my order and when I saw there is a very less quantity which I never got by any of the time , I asked him to make instead of making he rudely replied that quantity will be same , but he can’t make it , as a manager he need to be an good example but he doesn’t care about customer service. Guy acts like he’s in the FBI and we’re trying to get security clearance into Area 51 but still argues with us after spending 10 minutes explaining that it’s a valid student ID. Sometimes I walk in, see that he’s working, and decide to eat elsewhere in the 911 plaza because I don’t want to argue with him again just for a $1.50 discount.
