The most rudest driver ever. I spent most of my life running restaurants and my own business and this day aug 9 2024 I had to literally yell at the driver who clearly doesn't understand the meaning customers are domino main sources of income without customer they have no service. Josh is a great manager and he still young but he does his job so well buddy lucky Josh was off and I hope Josh see this and understand that the staff are answering his business line hello and another thing is the pizza delivery bags are not to store customers pop those bags are designed to keep customers food hot please stop using them to hold customer drinks when customers get their drinks they are warm not cold this has been the rule from the time domino pizza was first open Josh is a busy father and he does his best if anyone else had any issues with drivers being rude over the phone with them please reach out to Josh and I sure he would address the issue driver I hope you see this cause you clearly were rude and I simple told you that your were on the wrong street you insist that you were out front where I had to wait 2 mins then you pulled up you my friend should not be working for Josh as you my friend need to learn some manners in my restaurant how you act that evening I personally would have dismissed you on the spot customer service is what keep restaurant in business Josh please do not ever send this guy with my order I do not ever want to hear his rudeness...

Didn't accept because it's not about my money, it's about your cultural beliefs that you don't eat bacon or meat A few months later ordered pizza because I like something particular from Domino's. Found a white hair in it. None of my family members has white hairs.
Now I have realized, no one in dominoes Timmins wear hair nets, I don't care about gloves, assuming they wash their hands so often. But next time you go in to order or pickup, do notice that noone is wearing a hair net.
Another thing I have noticed in later trips, they are using their phone or at cash at one moment and next moment they start making a pizza without washing their hands.

Read moreThis is more a brand-wide issue than with this specific location, but be VERY careful with the coupons. If you get 3 pizzas at X, and any item is "premium" the added cost is split between ALL the pizzas in your cart, hiding the added cost unless you think to add up the price of all three to compare with the coupon. It is NOT plainly stated anywhere, just shown with a small * beside the topping. (Heck, even the sauces have the *, but don't add any cost that I've seen.) The "bundle" coupon also has several items that already have individual coupons (or regular prices) which are the same as the bundle's "discount".
Service in store for pick up is sub par. No lable on any boxes other than for pizzas. Unwilling to forward feedback...
