I was in the drive-through trying to place my order and there are people who I’m assuming work there that are Standing in the drive-through talking to the woman working at the window. That’s actually a direct violation of the transportation act. And could get the company in a lot of trouble.Once they decide to move, I placed my order and I am told to park Which is fine. While I am outside, I noticed that people who ordered after me are getting their food so I decide to go in To make sure that I’m going to get my order. Meanwhile, more staff pull up into the parking lot, blaring their horn As they are picking up their colleagues. They then block me in to my parking space because they are flirting with another employee. It’s clear that there’s no management on site that cares at all about the way. I sympathize for service works and appreciate what they do but this was a horrible experience. We has to repeat ourselves several times when placing our order. The person taking the order kept cutting us off and then making us repeat. Ok maybe the speaker is bad, it happens. We then get to the window (we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time) were handed drinks. We noticed they weren't marked (one was supposed to be regular and one diet) when they finally came back to the window we asked for new drinks so we knew which is which and we were told one was diet and one was regular(again not marked) we asked to get new ones and the employee was very rude and proceeded to get her manager.
