I recently visited the 90’s Lounge Hot and Dessert Bar in Scarborough, Ontario, and was thoroughly impressed by this distinctive and vibrant establishment. Amid the abundance of coffee bars and teashops in the city, 90’s Lounge truly sets itself apart with a unique concept that blends nostalgic charm with authentic culinary offerings. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was both cozy and invigorating—an inviting space perfect for unwinding with friends or enjoying a quiet solo retreat. The menu features an impressive variety of teas and traditional snacks, thoughtfully curated to deliver bold and memorable flavors. I sampled the Masala Tea, and it was nothing short of extraordinary—aromatic, flavorful, and unmatched in taste. It had a richness and depth that’s hard to find elsewhere. I also tried a cutlet and a chicken puff, both of which were impeccably prepared. The textures were perfect—crisp on the outside, tender inside—and the flavors were authentic, fresh, and satisfying, with no unpleasant aftertaste. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident. From sizzling hot meals to refreshing desserts and beverages, every item served reflected quality and care. OMG, you guys!!! 😱 I just visited “90s Lounge”and tried their viral “Mango Labaan” and the “Grand Ferrero Valentine” — and WOW, I’m still dreaming about them! 🤩 They were soooo good that I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture — I just devoured them instantly! 😂 Seriously, both are an absolute must-try!

I’m already counting down the days until I can go back and try everything else on their menu because if these two were THAT amazing, I know the rest will be mind-blowing too! 🤤

But you know what made my visit even better? The amazing DEVIKA! ❤️ She’s honestly a superstar! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and positive energy just lit up the place. She made me feel so welcome and took the time to explain the menu, recommend her favorites, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at their job but also so kind and passionate — and Devika is exactly that! 🌟

THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN. JUST TWO DAYS AGO I WAS OBSESSING OVER IT. I was ordering it almost every day. Since they hiked up the prices, the quality has gone down the hill. When it should be the opposite. The cake now is dry chunky and overcooked. And for some reason there is a weird coconut cream that is being added to it. I understand the chefs and staff are all mallus, but maybe avoid adding your personal coconut touch to a so called middle eastern dessert to ruin it. Please if you have changes the chef, bring them back. If not, re-train them. The last 3days have been horrible. For some strange reason they have given the option to select sizes on doordash and not on uber eats or in-store. Please don't select the large, because they will send you the regular size :3 Prices and sizes are different on every app...
