I will never visit this store again, if there was an option to select 0 star, I would have selected that one. Guys don’t skip it. This review is for your future purchase from this exact store.

I got 2 spicy piri chicken buddy from this store, and I reached home, me and my friend had it , in between I noticed something, it tastes not good I mean something is so weird about it when I checked it the unseeded bu was rotten, you can see that in the picture.it was visibly green and gray colour in between of the bun and I already had a bite of it.

I strongly believe the bun was expired and they were using that to make burgers again. Like literally not checking the expiries , or just using old bun or the products from the past order which is cancelled before just to make some extra profit.

I went back to the store and showed the burger to the manager they offered me make new burgers or a refund , I even declined it and I don’t wanna eat anything from this store again. This not about the refund or a new burger from that store again. This is food guys, something you guys should take very seriously. It is not at all acceptable. I don’t want anyone to have this kind of experience anymore. that’s why I am reporting it here right now. Imagine someone is with any kind of food allergies? People could be die from this dude 🙆🏻‍♂️ or sick 🤢.

Never recommending this to anyone. Even if you are buying from this store please 🙏 Check your burger before eating...

I visited this A&W outlet for an evening snacking and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of their food and drinks. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and they had some popular options like the Mama Burger, the Beyond Meat Burger, and the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the onion rings were delicious.

The best part of the meal was the drinks. I loved the frosty cups that kept the root beer cold and refreshing. The root beer was made with cane sugar, which gave it a natural sweetness and a smooth taste. I also tried the A&W brew bar, which had a range of hot and cold beverages to choose from. I ordered the chai latte, which was creamy and spicy, and the strawberry banana smoothie, which was thick and fruity.

The service was friendly and fast, and the outlet was clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating was because the washroom and premises were a bit dirty for a dine in space. I forgot all about this location and kept going to the one across from Centennial. First of all it is brand new so everything looks proper for Malvern. Second, UBER friendly staff. Compared to the one near Centennial and the one in STC. So I went in with a coupon I received in the mail and this location doesn't accept it (but you never know till you order anyways). So the cashier accepted it and gave me a free pass this time (eventhough I was ready to order something else cuz who doesn't love A&W menu?) Super sweet, super friendly, oh and for those super environment conscious diners, they have the paper straws if that makes it better for you. I def recommend this location over the one near Centennial cuz my food was done within 5 mins. The one at Centennial you're bound to wait 10mins if not 15 because the staff there is either understaffed OR they're just terrible at...
