I'm giving 2 stars for the friendly staff. The food is not great, the restaurant itself is horrendously cluttered, and messy. If you've visited you know exactly what I mean, there were also numerous sticky traps hanging from the ceilings throughout the place loaded with dead flies. We noticed this place while driving by and decided to stop in to try the Filipino food and taste some different flavours for a change (as opposed to the many chain restaurants that dominate the neighbourhood). We are so glad we did. My husband had the Tapsilog (marinated beef) and I had the sweet marinated pork breakfast dishes and they were so flavourful. Some of the worst quality food my wife and I have ever had. The pasta was dry, the tomato sauce on the lasagna tasted like it came from a can, and the Greek dish we had.... instead of tzatziki sauce, they replaced it with caesar salad dressing (I'm assuming they thought we wouldn't notice). My wife walked away from the meal, my son who eats everything spit it out, and I stuck it out and finished the Fettuccini Alfredo even though the chicken was tough and tasted old/bad.
