I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zabardast Hyderabadi Biryani and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.
I had the pleasure of trying both the paneer biryani and chicken biryani, and I must say, both were outstanding. The biryanis were cooked to perfection, with the aromatic blend of spices and herbs truly bringing out the unique flavors of each dish. The paneer was soft and flavorful, while the chicken was tender and juicy, making for a truly delightful experience.
What really set Zabardast Hyderabadi Biryani apart, however, was their exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that all of our needs were met.

Read moreIf you are in customer service, the bare minimum is knowing how to treat your customers with respect and apologize when you make a mistake. These people clearly don’t understand that at all. Even after confirming every single detail, they still messed up my order. And when I pointed out their mistake, instead of showing any professionalism or even a simple apology, they acted like nothing happened. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the biryani was terrible bland, low quality, and not worth the money. Honestly, this place doesn’t care about food quality, doesn’t care about service, and doesn’t care about customers. I regret wasting my time and money here. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others to stay away if you want good food and...
Read moreI ordered chicken 65 biryani and I would like to tell everyone that it’s not s biryani it’s just chicken 65 mixed with rice. If delicious but not a biryani. If you are a true lover of indian or south Asian cuisine then you would know it’s not a biryani. Also, the curd raita was terrible. It was just a small cup with liquid white water that’s it. Raita is not like that. This is a take out joint and hence no front desk, you hit a bell on the table and someone will come out amidst the loud music playing on TV and take the order from you and then vanish behind the door and present you, your order later. I have had better biryani though. However if you want delicious chicken 65 ( that’s supposed to be a dry item traditionally ) mixed with rice and tastes yummy then...
