Incredibly disappointed with this ice cream cake. I ordered this cake just plain because I wanted to decorate it myself. I orders just a plain white ice cream cake with red and black trim on the top and bottom. When I picked it up it was half the thickness then what we were told when we ordered and it was very uneven, lower on one side and higher on the other ( as you can see from the picture ) a very sloppy job . Even the trim was sloppy . We paid $89 for this cake and was not worth it at all. I complained when I saw it and they offered me two extra tub of ice cream to make up for the size of the cake but I don’t think that made up for the lack of care in terms of size and attention to detail that they put into making this for us and the size. The cakes available at the store were bigger in terms of the size for $20 less than what we got charged. Will never buy an ice cream cake from them again as I never felt so ripped off...

Baskin Robbins is hands down the best ice cream shop around! The variety of flavors is incredible, and each one is more delicious than the last. The staff, specially the guy chintan is always friendly and helpful, making great recommendations if you're unsure what to try. The store is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your treat.
