The girl here should work on her customer service. She is the only one who consistently makes the process difficult and always gets irritated by requests. I've never had a bad burrito from here before until today. I asked for both beans and she was irritated... the other workers never have push back or remarks about requests... They have done both beans for someone I came with before. i wanted to try it. It's so weird with her. Always negative energy. I noticed freshly chopped onions on top of the tomatoes and asked if she could reach into an area with less onions and she said we can't do that m'am...? why lol. She proceeded to add majority onions and barley any tomato.

She then proceeded to intentionally drizzle small doses of each of the sauces onto the burrito, putting no effort with a negative expression. At that point I gave up because I can tell she does not care so I will not be asking for more as I asked for more hot sauce and she kept putting tiny drizzles. She is also the only person who doesn't leave the burrito in the grill long and gets irritated when I ask to keep it in. The energy is off and uncomfortable to ask her things. I have been a frequent customer at this establishment, but unfortunately, the quality of the burritos has become inconsistent since the arrival of new hires. On three separate occasions, I have been dissatisfied with my burrito due to the lack of skill and attention from the new staff members.

During my visit a month ago, it was evident that one of the workers was unfamiliar with the proper technique of rolling a burrito. The full interaction was uncomfortable, and the burrito ended up being shaped like a ball, which was a first for me. The overall taste and quality were also not up to par.

Recently, I went back and I was relieved to see a familiar face who usually prepares excellent burritos. However, he was soon replaced by someone I had never seen before. Unfortunately, this new staff member did not meet my expectations either. The burrito had an insufficient amount of protein, with only six pieces of tofu, and it was noticeably thinner than usual. I left feeling underwhelmed and still hungry.

Consistency is key, and I urge the establishment to work on improving this aspect. It is essential for customers to have confidence in the quality of their food, regardless of who is preparing it. The Owner went Out of His Way to make things right!! ..I initially ordered from this Establishment through "Uber Eats", but my order was Not Delivered properly. I tried to have the problem corrected through "Uber Eats" Customer Support, but they were very frustratingly unwilling to do anything!! I searched for the Contact Details of the Restaurant on Google which I called & explained the situation to the employee. I was then to my surprise put in touch with the Owner who was Very Willing to listen to my issue & make sure that the problem was rectified & I ended up satisfied. The Owner was super understanding, which was incredibly appreciated. It is not often at all that you will find an Owner who is willing to do so much to ensure that a customer is Happy!!
