Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Toronto

I was extremely mad as i was waiting with my child when there was only one family before me and then your employee (whom perhaps has worked there for not more than 6 mos....Young girl not more than 19 with medium brown curly hair) who seems to be the one to call the shots and dictate other new young staff had taken another family whom I believe she knew though she knew I came before this other customer. I asked her why and she didn't care and just shrugged her shoulders saying, "Oh well". I find her rude, immature and quite bossy considering she is not the Manager (i'm sure as she looks like 18 maybe 19 at most! Me and my family have always been customers there; nearly 20 years....Since 2006 when the owner was an older European Lady. I find there is always a huge turnover with staff and the new staff are not trained properly and ignore customers and make them wait for over 7 mins on the phone though I myself was being served and yet there's ZERO communication to advise me why the long wait when I should be home....With the exception of the young Lad whose perhaps Greek and the (2) Blonde very slim teenaged girls who mostly have their hair in braids are the ones who did a great job now however NOT based on your NEW STAFF especially that Brunette young girl who has curly hair and wears it always in a ponytail, (whom refused to give me her name) is far from the other 3 staff whom (i believe) aren't working there no longer as I haven't seen them in a while. I don't agree with their unfair treatment to me however if she's been seen several...

I went to the Woodbine and 16th ave location after dinner to get me some mango sticky rice ice cream (which happens to be the current flavour of the month) but because of it's popularity in Richmond Hill/Markham it was completely sold out in the front of house and also the pints were sold out too!

So as it was around 9pm already, I hopped on Google and saw that this location on Sandhurst was open til 10pm.

Quick call into the store and the person who answer the phone told me they had a lot of mango sticky rice ice cream left so we hightailed it to Scarborough.

I got my mango sticky rice ice cream and my gf got her strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

The "sticky rice" part of the ice cream was essentially coconut ice cream with coconut shavings! Very yummy. The mango ribbon running through the mango section was on the sweeter side so the coconut part balanced it out! I actually think I prefer this flavour over Baskin Robbin's signature Mango Tango flavour.

so today we bought a polar pizza icecream cookies and cream. It look really good on the menu. Honestly thought it would be way bigger and thicker, excepting 2.5 inches thick. Literally just got it and it’s the size of my hand if i were to spread it and an inch thick. The bottom part it only some browny thing that’s really hard and just sugar, doesn’t taste good at all especially the end “crust” it tastes even worst because there’s no icecream on it, just saving money by not putting enough icecream all around. Top looks good and the icecream itself. Tastes good but it’s prolly like 2.5 cm thickness of the icecream just a guess barely anything. Only ate the top part which is the icecream, and through out the bottom part which is the browny, hard, sugary to the max and mad calories for no reason. 2 stars because the icecream is good and the employes were great, actually really helpful and kind. Alright...
