The food is awful, I got chicken sub thing, the chicken was hard and microwaved(littery microwave infront of me), it was the chicken with breadcrumbs on it, seemed like they got cheapest processed chicken nuggets and just shoved them in a microwave and called it a day. The sauce is meh, the guy at the front was friendly, but notbhis fault the company has awful food. The bread was so hard I thought it was bone in the chicken, but it was just the sides of the bread that were hard and I throw most of it away and tried to eat the rest, but the chicken was dry, hard and nasty. Ordered a classic ham sub (pictured is the small) with standard toppings and including sub sauce. It's interesting, as this sub is pretty close to the same at Mr Sub. Buns cut the same, shredded lettuce, same order of ingredients on the bun. I cannot speak for the other items in the menu but what I had was a carbon copy of what I normally get elsewhere. Of note, the bun was fresh but just not that out of the oven softness. Probably over baked for a brand new location. Was excited to try this place for a while. Been looking for a good sub in Toronto, unfortunately this place was not it. We ordered 3 subs. Gyro was cold and just unpleasant all together. Breaded chicken tastes like out of a frozen packet (which it probably is but it at least shouldnt taste like it) breading is soggy soft, and chicken would probably be inedible if not for the rest of the sandwich. Steak and cheese wasnt terrible. Gave the star because the workers are nice and the toppings were fresh. Would not recommend unless you’re only a cold cut sub...
