Booster Juice — Restaurant in Toronto

I love the booster juices that I go to normally but this one I won't return to based on the customer service. The girl working there ignored me for a while until she was available. Clearly didn't care about me being in the store. After ordering 2 smoothies, I asked for a couple of small cups because my 4 and 2 year old in the car would lose their minds if we didn't share with them. The employee said she would have to charge me for the cups. When I asked how much she shrugged thought about it and arbitrarily said 25 cents each. The last booster juice I was at in Fergus not only gave me a cup for my little one, but put a little of the leftovers into another cup instead of wasting it for my other kiddo. That's customer service. Friendly and cared about her customers. This booster juice needs to take a lesson from them.

Oh and the strawberry smoothy and watermellon smoothies tasted basically identical, made from concentrates not really fruit and one was watered...

I've lived in the area for half a decade but stopped going to this location for many reasons ranging from my booster juices tasting watery, nonchalant staff, & any other food I ordered besides my booster juice would be forgotten w me having to remind them what I ordered while my children & I stood there waiting for them to take a few energy balls out of the display. TODAY! Biggest surprise ever: I popped in on a random weekday morning which I never do & was greeted by the most remarkable human who actually cared & gave me the best advice on how to personalize my order. I go to my work Booster Juice at least 3 times a week so trust me when I tell you, I know what a Spinach Is In It is suppose to taste like. I ordered one yesterday from this location and it had a distinct banana taste. I tell the cashier, she tells me there's no bananas in the recipe and I agree...so why does it taste like it does? She FINALLY agrees to make another, unfortunately the results were the same. I ended up leaving the drink and walking out since these 2 ladies were not interested in helping a customer. Either the machines are dirty or the drink was made incorrectly...even the colour was off on the drink. Either way this locale and it's employees didn't care.
