I've ordered from this place on Uber Eats countless times. It's one of the best falafel wrap places I've found, and when done correctly, my pita 9 times out of 10 always tastes delicious.
However (and a big one at that), it's always hit or miss with this place. I almost always select Regular pita (which is $2.18 extra), and receive a small pita instead. Pita tastes incredible, but when they give me the size I didn't order multiple times, it becomes a nuisance at this point, and an embarrassment, really. Don't bother ordering this for dinner from Uber because from my experience, they seem to get the order wrong even more. Today, I ordered from here, excited to have one of their pitas. I usually add in the special instructions a reminder I ordered a regular (doesn't always work), but this time I forgot and asked for extra sauce, like I usually do. They gave me the extra sauce in mini containers. I'm eating a pita wrap, what am I supposed to do with these??
I've complained to Uber about this issue (if an item is missing, order was wrong, etc.) And they seem to refund me the whole order every time, which I DO NOT want to do, just refund me the item that was missing... But I've ultimately given up. It's hit or miss every time, and I chance it every time I want a cheap, delicious meal. Just wish the consistency was there.
I'm not sure how things are in person, I have yet to order in person, but hoping the experience is more consistent through that method instead.
Will I keep ordering from them? Absolutely. But I'll probably continuously be somewhat disappointed when I get a small pita instead of the regular I was charged for and didn't receive. 🙃
Tldr; falafel wraps taste incredible, but getting your order...

I recently visited Pita Pit for a quick meal, and while the food was decent, I must say that my overall experience was dampened by the rude behavior of the owner. A bald man.
The menu offered a variety of pita options, and I found the ingredients to be fresh and flavorful. The ability to customize my pita with various toppings was a great feature, allowing me to tailor it to my preferences.
However, what left a sour taste in my mouth was the encounter with the owner. From the moment I entered the establishment, I sensed a palpable air of hostility. The owner seemed disinterested in assisting customers and displayed a lack of patience when taking orders.
When it came to my turn, I was met with curt responses and a dismissive attitude. It felt as though I was inconveniencing the owner by being there. The overall customer service left much to be desired, and I left feeling disappointed and disheartened.
As someone who appreciates good food and excellent service, I believe that the treatment of customers is crucial in the success of any establishment. Sadly, the rudeness displayed by the owner overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable meal experience.
while Pita Pit offers tasty food and customizable options, I would hesitate to recommend it due to the unpleasant encounter with the owner. I hope that this feedback reaches the management, as I believe it's essential for them to address such issues to provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for...
Read moreSave your money. Go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner sucks. The portions are small. The environment is whack. Forget it.
Pitiful. My enthusiasm quickly waned when the owner stepped in to handle my customer inquiries. The abrupt manner in which he addressed me was disheartening, and it felt as though he was not interested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, his unfriendly demeanor extended to our interaction as well. When I inquired about a specific ingredient, the owner responded curtly and seemed visibly irritated by my question. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. This unexpected encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and slightly disheartened.
Edit: As previously mentioned I had my interaction with you, the owner. You were incredibly rude in regards to toppings. You let me know that you had multiple franchises to imply that I was lying about other Pita Pits doing things much better than your location. You were very stingy with portions. Customers are paying their hard earned money and you are skimpy with portions. Ridiculous.
Also: It's pretty obvious that you get positive fake reviews from your those you know to boost your rating. You're a very rude man and you don't run your business well. There are so many other pita pits to go to. Don't waste your time going to this one. The...
