TLDR Delivery: Delicious fast Chinese fare well packaged with good value for your money.

TLDR In-Person: Some of the kindest fast food staff I've ever made with very delicious food for good value.

This Panda Express location has been one of our go-to locations for some delivery during lock-down. Every time we have ordered the food we have gotten has been delicious. The only challenge that arises on a regular basis when ordering delivery is more often than not we have found of the items we order has been substituted with something else. Sometimes the substitution is delicious, other times it something we really don't want to eat. I'd much rather wait longer to get all of the requested elements of my meal, than have it show up 15 minutes earlier with the wrong menu items.

THAT BEING SAID. We have had the chance to eat on-site at this location during the ease of health-restrictions. The staff here, are so polite, and so friendly and make totally delicious food. The food is always hot and the selection...

I ordered from here today thinking the experience would be similar to the Panda Express in the US.

Title: Avoid this place.

The quality of the food was horrendous. The rice was hard, borderline stale, and flavourless. I got orange chicken and chef’s special and the orange chicken wasn’t good… the breading was undercooked and not crispy at all like it semi is in the States… and the chef’s special tasted like spoiled chicken or the glaze was spoiled. I couldn’t even finish the whole plate.

I am sitting home with a stomach ache, I unfortunately puked up majority of the food I ate from here because of how upset my stomach was. I’m afraid I might have food poisoning.

Avoid this place. The prices are too high for the quality of food I experienced today and now I’m sick.

Panda Express used to be my favorite food place, but not any more. Food was mediocre , most of the dishes where not available, when we asked whether it will be refilled, it was met with an eye roll by the serving staff Quingping L. We are not getting free food there, to be treated so rudely, when ever we asked anything she answered so rudely and ended with an eye roll like period. Have been to Panda Express in US and other places, but have never been to a place with such rude staffs. One of the dishes was almost empty when my husband asked if it would be again refilled to buy it, the staff was so rude and filled the left over 2 pieces of chicken and said this is what we will get and if u want u get it or leave, we never felt so insulted in any place.
