Booster Juice — Restaurant in Toronto

This Booster Juice is a New Location. I went in there March 14th, to make an order in which I had to repeat to him 6 times in order to clarify it to him. I requested two (2) double shots of wheat grass, one (1) shot of ginger lemon, and a chia / yogurt with granola and strawberries.

He finally understood me and charged me for the products. Just an FYI, he has a good understanding of the English language and I am a Visible Minority like he is so please do not take this as a racist rant.

He mixed my Wheat Grass that was suppose to be double shot with my Juice, so I didn't actually end up getting a double shot of Wheat Grass. He tried to convince me NOT to order the Chia/yogurt mixed with strawberries and granola because it was not ready and it takes him time.

I had to repeatedly tell him its okay that we will wait that he finally agrees and complies to our order.

He also tries to give me two (double shot) Ginger lemon shots in two separate cups. I told him what he did is wrong and he just smiled and expected me to take it but I did not as I do not agree to take product from the store owner if it was not paid for.

He was working by himself and I can sympathized if it was bus but it was NOT. We were the only people in there at that time.

Booster Juice is an amazing Franchise that offers healthy foods and beverages and I have patronized Booster Juice for years, BUT The management at this Booster Juice location should either concentrate more time on training its staff properly or hire more ethical staff that will not try to give away free product to unknown strangers BEFORE they lose long term Booster Juice customers...

If only Booster Juice was a cheaper brand like Timmys… here you walk into the store, the bell rings and nobody looks at you or says hi. You can literally see someone and they’ve seen you but you gotta wait until they’ve finished cleaning or organizing whatever they’re doing and after waiting a couple minutes at the cashier someone comes. You get one smile and your order is done. Then your drink is ready at the other end, which is not too obvious for a first time visitor. Quality of the drink, not too bad, maybe you can taste a bit more water/ice compared to other locations. I like the North York store much more...

Two of my friends and I purchased fundraising tickets to support a cause and when we ordered the employees BSed saying they didnt accept 3 consecutive tickets even though they were 3 different tickets with 3 different barcodes and 3 different customers. We checked online and nowhere in the rules section was this specified. So they asked us to wait 10 mins between each voucher in which we did. During the waiting time the employee Shnie (I think that was her name) was very patient and kind and handled the whole situation with excellent customer service.
