WOW, what horrible customer service! I felt like I was a piece of dirt in how I was treated. There are 2 registers there. Both registers were taken when I arrived and I was the only person next in line. When one of the register opened up, instead of saying can I help the next person in line. She went to the back to say goodbye to 2 coworkers finishing their shifts. At least it looked like it because it was non work related happy conversation . (It was around 3pm on a Tuesday). I kept waiting and waiting, the second register had a couple that was taking awhile in deciding what donuts they wanted and other stuff. After about a few minutes I tried to make eye contact with someone. And it was a young man, I said can you please help me at the other register. He proceeded to go with a ugh body language and not even with a smile. I felt like I was being a huge nuisance for him. I said thank you. No response from him or smile. I told him what I wanted and kept saying thank you everytime he asked me a question and I gave him a response. When I paid for my purchase by cash, he hands me the change back by leaving it on the counter and not even towards me but in the middle. Was my hands gross to him bc my hands were clean? Change should be given in the customers hands and he should be saying thank you. Still to this point I have not gotten a smile or thank you or you're welcome from him. Like a unfriendly robot. After, I waited for my order (2 breakfast sandwich for $5). He hands me my bag and I ask for ketchup. He gets it for me and I say thank you and still no smile, no you're welcome, no thank you or have a good day. Then I realize after I leave and get to my destination, there is no napkins in my bag (is timmys saving on everything that unless you ask you don't get?) and also that I didn't get my receipt. If receipts are optional, he should have asked me would you like your receipt? It's not my job to remind him! Read moreSo so bad. Tell me why I went to the store and a dark female working the cashier at 11:50 am on Tuesday October 21 was being so rude and so inconsiderate. I asked her for a bag shorty telling me it’s not a mc Donald. Then she tells me these r the bags we have like I said that’s all I asked for? On top of that in different locations they give bigger portions so I simply asked if they can add more. Girl said “well you can ask my supervisor about the portions” it’s a simple I’m sorry no we don’t. Oh and get this, I asked her if she could leave one item at the side and put all of the things I asked for together because I needed to use the washroom and she said well no we’re in a rush and it’s busy in the most rudest tone I’ve ever heard. Why is it so hard to be polite and nice even during a busy day? I’m probably the same age as her if she’s 19 and if I’m stressed I take a break let alone I work downtown and still keep a positive attitude no matter what. Like she can’t leave an item for 3 mins while I use the bathroom. I know for a fact she wouldn’t bring her food to the bathroom in her own home. This place needs to have some respect and manners. Read moreThis is an extremely exhausting experience. I mistakenly placed a mobile order in this wrong location yesterday. I called the store for cancellation. They lied to me to have me pick up the same order in a nearby store. While the nearby store refused. So I called them back, they lied to me again to let myself cancel the order on Mobile App and said that they could not help anyway. I checked the App and website to confirm that I could not do it on my end. So I called the store again to ask if I can have my family to pick it up. But the store never picked up my call and even hanged up my call. This is so rude! This Morning I went to the store again to ask their solution. Again they refused to refund my order and let me wait there with nobody answer my concerns. After 15 minutes, they offered me to get the same amount of order. I was exhausted and disappointed, so I agreed to have the same order. However, I was standing there like a fool for another half hour for a simple wrap until I asked them again "Did you prepare my order?". Then they just started to make that small wrap.
