I visited this Tim Horton's location a few times already and let me tell you what a world of difference in service. There is another Tim Hortons across the street right beside Dollarama which is open 24 hours. I wish this location was also opened 24 hours or if there had to be a choice that only one can be 24 hours, that this one was and not the other one beside Dollarama. The service here is different by day and night. The people here actually smile and make you feel welcome. It is so lovely to see when you walk in and it just brightens your day when you see someone actually smiling back at you and appreciating you as a customer. And you can't help but to smile back because it's contagious. I've never seen a smile or thank you for your service at the other Tim Hortons location across the street beside Dollarama which is not even five minutes away. The people working at Tim Hortons beside Dollarama need to go across the street and order anything and see how they work there.
To the Head Office of Tim Hortons, LISTEN UP because You have FANTASTIC, ABOVE & BEYOND, AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL EMPLOYEES working there. You should let them know about this review because they need to hear this wonderful praise!!! And get recognized for it!!!! and because they deserve to hear it!!!! I work in the customer service world and a lot of the times you don't get to hear beautiful praises or encouragement for your hard work (and trust me, we complain on the side about not feeling appreciated or recognized for our hard work).
Great jobs to the employees at Tim Hortons beside shell gas station. You guys are beautiful with your smiles and...
Read moreI recently visited this Tim Hortons around 7:30 in the evening. Upon entering, I noticed two employees along with the manager sitting at the front, chatting among themselves. When I approached the cashier, one of the employees went to the back and returned to take my order. I proceeded to order a sandwich, but to my surprise, she informed me that they could only serve coffee and had no food available. I asked for clarification, and she reiterated that they had no food to offer, aside from some donuts. I found it absolutely unbelievable that a fully staffed Tim Hortons location would be operating without any food to serve. When I decided to leave, the employee offered no apology or explanation, she simply seemed indifferent to the situation. This lack of professionalism and service was disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning to this location. I hope upper management takes the time to review this issue and ensure that customers receive better service...
Read moreAttn. Regional Managers.....This location is staffed by the mostly lazy untrained staff. Poor management, this location often runs out of many items daily, including coffee...how can Tim's run out of coffee????? No attempt is given or done by staff to deal with regular extreme loitering.....There are young male adults often there hanging out, actually SINGING WAY TOO LOUD, dancing and making lots of loud noise there. Often we see the same individuals, plugging in their chargers and its like they stay there for much of the day! So much loitering goes on there, This is the closest Tim's to where I live, I just can't stand going in there anymore....how sad this is to be allowed to continue. This location has a high percentage of seniors who are being scared off by some out of control youth that the staff do not seem to manage...
